Responsibilities Overview

  1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities

1.1 Maintains and implements an effective filing & administrative system for all matters related to sponsorship and event organization

1.2 Identifies and maintains a general database of potential sponsors for all events and target specific ones related to each event separately.

1.3 Keen negotiating skills to handle potential sponsors and ultimately close advantageous arrangements

1.4 Copy writing skills to formulate all correspondence related to the sponsorship  proposals and negotiations.

1.5 Maintains an effective relationship with all members of target media, electronic and print, local, national and international to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotions.

1.6 Sources effective print media.

1.7 Hosts members of the media, strategic partners and clients at the property’s functions and events.

1.8 Distributes press releases.

1.9 Communicates and liaise with PR agency on the company news and media coverage.

1.10 Responsible for company’s Exterior and Interior Shoots

1.11 Responsible for print media buying in lieu of the marketing budgets.

1.12 Manages exhibition requirements for the company

1.13 Ensures that PR Company is well informed of any internal promotions and participation  in forthcoming exhibitions.



  • Current Marketing Manager role or Asst. Manager in multi property
  • Over 5 years Marketing management experience with 10 Years total
  • Hospitality experience is must with GCC experience (UAE experience is preferred)
  • Arabic is an added advantage
  • Female preferred
