Responsibilities Overview

As a Sales Executive / Manager you are responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the hotel. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.

  • Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge on company product and service offerings, and the products, services, rates and new developments of key competitors, and an awareness of general industry trends
  • Approach personal sales activities from a strategic perspective, understand the relative importance and priority of the current account base, and direct personal sales efforts accordingly
  • Focus on establishing new client contacts and developing detailed information on the potential revenues from these accounts
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Maintain and distribute accurate weekly reports on business results, and associated action planning as set by the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company s customer base, strong presence & present sales and revenue
  • Execute and support the operational aspects of any business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence, draft invoices, collecting payments and deposits).

 


Requirements

  • GCC Experience & Driving licence is a must
  • Leisure sales background is a must
